If data-bearing devices are involved (PCs, laptops, phones, drives), you can also request secure data wiping or physical destruction where needed, with options depending on the device and condition.

Submitting the form does not guarantee purchase, it’s a request for assessment. Once we review the details (model, specs, condition, faults, and included accessories), we may make an offer, request more information, or decline if the device isn’t suitable for resale. If declined, you can still choose free or paid recycling/pickup options depending on the item type and volume.
